He noticed that the injector I had installed originally was totally blocked and installed a larger one, did a resin treatment and quickly replaced my pre and post filters in my RO system. Dale is so knowledgeable!!! He went through so many things with us, we would honestly love to be able to get a better water system in place but unfortunately they are pretty expensive any way you choose. They have different options but all very expensive.

Cramer was absolutely fantastic. I have never seen an installation go so well. I always manage installs of equipment because the workers are sometimes less than satisfactory and it reflects on their work. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. He even helped me replace the old tap valve for the fridge with a shark fitting and replaced the copper line to the fridge with PEX pipe.
