The results are incredible, my water was unusable for cooking, washing hair, using dishwasher, having fridge make ice cubes, using the steamer option in dryer ... All of the above mentioned issues were resolved with the EC5, iron Backflow pump filter and the ultrafiner RO drinking system!8.30.24 - First yearly filter change and Dan was right on point. He noticed that the injector I had installed originally was totally blocked and installed a larger one, did a resin treatment and quickly replaced my pre and post filters in my RO system. Dan was professional, friendly and efficient!

Dale is so knowledgeable!!! He went through so many things with us, we would honestly love to be able to get a better water system in place but unfortunately they are pretty expensive any way you choose. They have different options but all very expensive.

Cramer was absolutely fantastic. I have never seen an installation go so well. I always manage installs of equipment because the workers are sometimes less than satisfactory and it reflects on their work. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. He even helped me replace the old tap valve for the fridge with a shark fitting and replaced the copper line to the fridge with PEX pipe.

Rainsoft came out to run an additional test on my water. They already knew we had a water purification system and just wanted to see how they could help. When they came they were so very polite and listened to all my questions. It is becoming more rare these days for such polite and patient customer service.
