Awesome product and service. Would highly recommend an in house demo which shows you all the impurity’s in your water and then make your decision on buying from there. I thought my well water would be ok but it was terrible. Any health conscience person knows that you should filter your drinking water and they offer the reverse osmosis system, which is top of the line. Would highly recommend RainSoft.

He came over the same day after finishing his other jobs, tested the water, found the issue, and walked me through everything clearly. Had a great experience with Dan and his workers! Had a quote done Thursday for our newly bought home to get out high levels of lead, bacteria and arsenic. We were under the impression from a third-party inspector that we had to get a whole house reverse osmosis system. After having them come out, we learned that we had a galvanized pipe inside the home that could just be causing the whole house problem. Offered to do job same day, when declining and called back to reschedule, they came out the same day we called to schedule. VERY trustworthy and reputable. All three gentlemen that came out were very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. Great prices and even better service!! Definitely highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs!

This is the first time I have ever had city water and it was horrible. Now my water is amazing, you can feeli the difference. Before there was a coating around my bathroom sink from the water, and now it is perfect. And I am not even kidding, they had every unit installed within an hour. RainSoft of Northern Michigan provided excellent service and products. We received a quote for a new arsenic tank, rebuilding our current one, and an Ultrefiner II on October 8, 2025. They also provided prompt arsenic test results on August 7, 2024, and October 6, 2025, demonstrating their commitment to water quality. We were especially impressed with their quick turnaround time, as they were able to complete the installation the same week we decided to move forward. The installers were friendly, respectful of our home, and consulted us on our preferences throughout the process. They were in and out in just around 3 hours, which was surprisingly fast given the amount of work involved. We appreciate their professionalism and the comprehensive solutions they offered for our water treatment needs. Highly recommend!
